Keeping your cars’ floor mats looking their best is possible, with a little effort.
Tools Required
- Round Tipped Knife
- Carpet Cleaner
- Wet Dry Vacuum
- Scrubbing Brush
- Bucket
- Elbow Grease : - )
The Process
- First use the knife to loosen any dirt or debris from floor mats, then thoroughly vacuum mats. Don’t have a vacuum? We recommend our wet dry vacuum.
It plugs into your cigarette lighter (12Volt) making it great for when your on the go
- Fill the bucket with warm water then spray carpet cleaner onto mats. Scrub the mats in a circular motion using some good old fashion elbow grease. Be careful not to use a lot of water when removing stains.
- Rinse floor mats until all carpet cleaner is removed. Use the vacuum to remove as much water as possible. Then let air dry for at least 24 hours. For best results you can also use a blow-dryer but be careful not to damage the mats with the heat.
