Is my credit card number and information safe?
Yes. Your information is secure and private.  It’s protected by a secure and encrypted connection between your computer and mAutoStore.com.  This is true unless you specifically choose the unsecure login option to access your account. You can use your web browser's security feature to view the security information for any mAuto Store pages that require you to enter credit card information. If you are using Internet Explorer, a yellow lock will be displayed in the lower right corner of your browser when viewing a secure web page.

Do you accept phone orders?
We currently do not accept phone orders however feel free to contact our customer service department at 888.820.4940 for any assistance placing an order.

Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes. We can ship your order internationally but please be aware that international shipping rates may apply.

How can I check on my order?

How quickly do you ship?
All orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 Business days. 

How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, payment from your checking account, Amazon.com gift cards, Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes, and the Amazon Store Card.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. We'll even pay for the return shipping. Simply contact our returns department at returns@mautostore.com and follow the steps below it’s that easy.
Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged, contact us and we will gladly help you. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by giving us feedback about the packaging.

Defective Items

If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item) and the product detail page. You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.
If you're unable to resolve the problem after contacting the manufacturer, please contact us to find more information about receiving a replacement or returning your item for a refund.

Will I receive a tracking number with my purchase?
Yes, once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information along with an expected delivery date.
