Return and Refunds
 

Return & Damage Claims   All claims for damaged merchandise or shortage must be received by the sales office within 48 hours of delivery.   No deductions from the invoice will allowed except by authorization from the sales office.  The sales office will make adjustments according to claims after verification of errors or disputes.  All claims are subject to verification by the sales office.  

Merchandise returned to mAuto Distribution is subject to a 30% restocking and handling fee and be in sellable condition.  mAuto Distribution reserves the right to not accept merchandise we consider un-sellable due to its condition.

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the Continental USA, not including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.  Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  Note: - Shipping weight is estimated to include box and packaging material.
